Registration Information
All participants must register online. Please click Online Registration to access the online registration form, which is for one delegate only and his/her accompanying person(s).
Only full congress registration and full payment enables participation to the Sessions.
Make sure that you follow the instructions for payment of all fees involved, as your registration is valid only after payment. Completed registration form together with the appropriate payment should be submitted online to the secretariat.

Accompanying persons registration
Please note that there is no registration fee for the accompanying persons. All are invited to the Welcome reception. Optional events see above.
Congress participants are welcome to all activities of the social program. Please note though, that the congress fee can’t be reduced if the participant doesn`t attend the whole congress.

All payments must be made by bank transfer, by actively transferring or by e-banking, the amount in EURO or Swiss Francs only.

Remittances should be free of bank charges to the receiver. Any bank fees incurred will be charged to the respective participant at the registration desk. All payments must be clearly marked with the delegate’s family name or names (in case of collective bank transfer). Upon receipt of the completed registration form and remittance of the appropriate fees, delegates will be sent a confirmation letter, which should be presented at the registration desk.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the secretariat. Cancellation will be accepted until 15th April 2010 with a refund of all registration fees less 10% deduction for administrative expenses. Thereafter until one week before the congress a 30% deduction will be charged. Full registration fee is applicable and no refunds can be made for cancellations after 24th May 2010 or for participants who do not attend. All refunds will be handled after the congress.
LIABILITY
The congress organisation accepts no liability for personal injuries sustained, loss or damage of property belonging to Congress Participants, either or as a result of the Congress. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
Kids Club
All children of 5 years and older can stay in our nursery free of charge. They will be taken care by our nursing staff from 8 am – 5 pm including lunch. During the Welcome reception, the Presidents reception and the Annual Dinner children will have a special place to play and eat under supervision
The smaller ones will stay in a room in the congress centre and will be able to play, do drawings, handicraft work, listen to stories ect. Depending on the children they will go on little walks near the congress centre.
For children over 9 years we will organize guided excursions eg. to the Zoo, the new and famous Bear Pits, the Gurten mountain and a special Kids city tour during the 2 days of the congress.
